Into the Garden - February 2025
Longer days are coming!
The days are starting to stay brighter a little longer each day, so why not take this opportunity to start getting your garden and outdoor spaces ready for the Spring and Summer months.
Wildlife in Winter
Most of our wildlife hibernate throughout the winter months, some, such as Hedgehogs & Bumblebees may emerge early, they will be hungry and need some shelter. Why not make a log pile or grow some Bee-friendly plants such as Bluebells, Crocus and Primroses remember they see the colour purple most clearly so make sure to add that pop of colour to your outdoor spaces & plants.
All these plants have different needs but each need drainage holes to prevent root-rot. Bluebells need to have several inches of soil in their pots so the Clifton & Aegean Bowls are perfect to add a splash of colour to your space without detracting from the beauty of the plants. Crocus enjoy deeper pots, making the Belair and Davenport ranges perfect for these plants and in a choice of 5 colours you’re certain to find the best one for your style. Primroses are also perfect for attracting and supporting our native wildlife and for smaller outdoor spaces the Rattan window box/troughs are great for these small flowering plants.
Bring the outdoor vibes inside!
Studies have shown interacting with plants can reduce stress levels and create a tranquil environment. Our latest range of indoor planters each come with drainage holes and a built in reservoir to keep your plants happy and heathly and keep your home or office calm and green. Why not take a look at our Ribbed Range of indoor planters?
