Into the Garden -March 2025

Spring is on the way - you'll have noticed the daffodils are sprouting and the Lambs are leaping in the fields.

It's still a little cold outside for young plants, so make sure you keep them inside to protect them from the last frost

Start growing your vegetables and salads now, Potatoes need a wide deep pot, planting now means you'll have homegrown potatoes ready for June & July (perfect for BBQ season). Take a look at our Atlas Planter, a large deep planter which will add character to your growing Potatoes and Vegetables.

Chives are a great herb to spruce up your garden, they like to live in pots and enjoy direct sunlight. Why not take a look at the Nantucket range? Not only are these planters colourful, but they are also UV-treated to prevent fading.

Why not add a little height and colour to your garden with the Flowering Cherry Trees, these will grow up to 10mtr and flower during Spring, Autumn & Winter adding a dash of colour during the seasons. They will live in a plant pot but make sure you use a large planter with good drainage, take a look at the Atlantic Egg Planters especially the Ash Grey for some contrast.

Start off your flowering plants, Petunia, Sweet Peas they need to stay inside on a sunny windowsill while the last of the frost is around. These plants are happy together so they could be planted into the Coastal Bowl next month when the frost has gone.
